♥; Those were the times.
Yesterday was teachers' day celebration, and again, I didn't sleep. Busy baking those supposed-to-be-cupcakes muffins. I baked twice, coz' for the first time i tried to cupcakes without the mould it just took the shape of the flimsy baking paper. It was ultra ugly. Personally, the muffins itself was ok, just a little too sweet, but the frosting, it was disastrous. I ran out of caster sugar, so substituted it with the mint choc sweet that i love. At the end, the frosting had that hint of mint, which i don't know ho to describe. However, it's ok, I'll just try harder next time and get better results. After all it's been a LLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG time since i baked anything.Anyway, this year's ACES day was much lousier, there's only a Captain Ball Tournament with no stupid dances to go along. DDD: I miss those dances can? However, after all the celebration, the PA crew played the "5,6,7,8" Mass Dance song, and several kranjians actually joined in the fun and dance along. I wanted to, but was severely weakened by the lack of sleep. Before the celebration ended, there were several performances put up by kranjians. Perhaps only the skit was well done, but i didn't get the chance to watch it as i dozed. Heard people's laughter when i was semi-conscious though. Also, sitting in front of Vinay was rather entertaining as he cracks joke that are considered cheeky. Hahax. He even mentioned to bring me a red rose on Tuesday when we'll be back for extra lessons as i complained he bought flowers for the teachers and not me. Hahax.
Oh ya, I would also like to thank Angeline for the wondrous massage during the celebration. CCC:
After the celebration, there was an influx of ex-kranjians and Kai Lin passed me a bag of cookies to pass to Sir. Hope that I'll see, Sir if not the bag of cookies will be mine!! hahahahahax. CCC:
Then, i went on to miss my primary school friends. They really changed alot physically, but deep down we're still rooted to the same school with that same innocence, somehow. We took some pictures and I'm going to share with you people. Oh ya, Kenneth was my BFF for the day. After all this years, he's still as outspoken as before. Also, I was scolded by the auntie canteen vendor whom i called "ah ma" in the past for not visiting her after all these years. Indeed I felt gulity, but the happiness of me visiting her again definitely overwhelms the guilt i have. hahax.
Ms Foo has a spy on me. Tha spy is Ms Lai. I can't believe it. They actually know each other!!! OMG. It's a small world after all. (:
After we're being chased out by the school staff, we went separate ways. I wanted to watch movie with Renee, but was really too tired. Instead, I slept at her house and went home. Oops. After that, I slept early, but still felt tired after waking up.
Oh ya, and I'm so going to study with Kenneth on monday. hahax. A new studying partner. CCC: However, I won't forsake my old study partners. CCC: I'm so going to miss Renee and Michael should they go to poly, coz' they won't study with me anymore? Michael tried to comfort me today by saying a ring on the phone and he'll be down. (: But but but, it'll still be different. Lucky thing is that I'll still see Renee often. (:
